• By appointment: Upgrade your class D license to a CDL
• By appointment: Knowledge test for auto, CDL or motorcycle

A title or a registration is not done at North Bergen; that is a vehicle center's work.

A renewal, a replacement, an address change and a registration renewal for someone near North Bergen can be done without the trip on njmvc.gov, the MVC's own site; the online services guide says which transactions those are.
