Limited. Most Korean government portals are primarily in Korean. The Open Data Portal (data.go.kr) has an English interface but detailed record searches typically require Korean language ability and a Korean national ID for authentication.

No. Korean criminal records are not publicly accessible. Background checks are conducted through police for specific authorized purposes. There is no public criminal case search portal.
